We are a small family company and we hire the same way, one person at a time, usually because somebody vouched for them.

What the work actually is

It is outside, it is wet, and it is physical. You will be at quarries and yards and job sites, on your feet, in Nova Scotia weather. If that sounds fine to you, keep reading. If it does not, that is useful to know now.

What helps

• A valid driver's licence
• Being comfortable around heavy equipment and job sites
• Showing up when you said you would
• Caring whether the thing you just washed actually looks right

No pressure washing experience required. That part we can teach. The rest is harder.
